OCBC-NTUC First Campus Bridging Programme
Supporting Singapore’s national agenda of making preschool education more accessible, the OCBC-NTUC First Campus Bridging Programme provides a one-time top-up of $400 into the Child Development Account of every child from low-income Union families who are enrolled at a My First Skool centre.
Monies in the Child Development Account can be used at approved Baby Bonus institutions for:
- Preschool fees
- Learning support programmes
- Healthcare costs
To be eligible:
- The child must be a new My First Skool enrolment as of 1 January of the current year, and
- Either parent must be an NTUC Union Member, and
- Monthly gross household income of $4,500 or less; or $1,125 per capita or less (applicable for 5 or more members in the household).
Please speak to your My First Skool centre principal or email us if you have any queries.
