NTUC Community Fund Financial Assistance (School Fees)

Funded by the NTUC Community Fund, previously known as Bright Horizons Fund (BHF), this programme provides financial assistance to eligible families through school fee subsidies.

Successful applicants will receive:

  • Start-up grant that pays for costs of starting school (e.g. registration fee, deposit, insurance), and/or
  • Monthly school fee subsidies.

Who is eligible?

To be eligible:

  • Monthly gross household income of $4,500 or less; or $1,125 per capita or less (applicable for 5 or more members in the household).
