Ms Jasmine Ham

Chief, Business Operations

Preschools shape the first chapter of a child’s life. At My First Skool, our children explore, dream, learn, and blossom. It is a privilege to partner families and watch our children grow into confident, respectful thinkers. 

As Chief, Business Operations at NTUC First Campus (NFC), Jasmine plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across NFC’s preschool brands, My First Skool and Little Skool-House. She oversees key functions including enrolment, customer support, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness, while also leading strategic collaborations and partnerships to strengthen brand positioning and support business growth. In addition, Jasmine oversees the planning, development, and construction of new preschool centres, as well as the ongoing facilities management of existing assets.

Jasmine has over 20 years of experience in the education sector, with a proven track record of elevating operational performance, delivering strategic initiatives, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Since joining NFC, she has contributed to significant initiatives, including the development of Early Years Centres and the implementation of Intergenerational Programming within the My First Skool network. She was also a key member of the team that designed and launched a new unified system to enhance workforce productivity and deliver an improved experience for parents and families.

Prior to joining NFC, Jasmine held senior management positions in leading adult learning institutions. In these roles, she was instrumental in driving sustainable financial results and elevating service standards. Her leadership led to improved learner satisfaction, regulatory alignment, and stronger financial performance across the organisations she served. Jasmine holds a Bachelor of Business in Business Administration (with Distinction) from RMIT University. She is passionate about delivering quality education experiences and enabling teams to operate with excellence, purpose, and impact.

Ms Wu Yingshan

Chief Marketing Officer

Wu Yingshan joined NTUC First Campus as Chief Marketing Officer on 1 October 2025.

She brings over 20 years of integrated marketing and communications experience across both the public and private sectors, with expertise in brand strategy, digital and social media marketing, and consumer engagement.

From 2015 to 2021, Yingshan led brand, marketing, and communications for My First Skool, where she strengthened its brand positioning, drove enrolment growth, and supported recruitment marketing in close partnership with HR. Her work contributed to achieving talent acquisition targets and enhancing the organisation’s reputation as a preferred employer.

Yingshan has held leadership roles at the Government Technology Agency (GovTech), Singtel, and Creative Technology. At GovTech, she oversaw brand management, digital marketing, and citizen engagement, growing the Tech Kaki community by 20% year-on-year and leading a brand harmonisation initiative that strengthened the association between GovTech and flagship products such as Singpass. She organised hallmark events like STACK, which attracted over 2,000 participants and surpassed industry benchmarks for satisfaction and NPS. In addition, she oversaw the management of GovTech's social media, which consistently outperformed industry benchmarks.

Yingshan holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and a Diploma with Merit in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching (Chinese).

Ms Ng Puay San

Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer

Ng Puay San joined NTUC First Campus as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer on 22 September 2025.

She brings over 20 years of diverse experience in the education sector, spanning public service, global technology firms, and education startups. Throughout her career, Puay San has demonstrated a strong commitment to leveraging technology for better learning outcomes and a passion for building inclusive, future-ready educational ecosystems.

Prior to joining NFC, she served as Director of Education and Skills at Microsoft Singapore, where she led transformative initiatives that grew the education business fivefold over five years. Through strategic partnerships, digital innovation, and a strong culture of collaboration, her efforts to advance digital adoption in education earned her several accolades, including the prestigious Microsoft Platinum Club Award in 2023.

She has also held leadership roles at Amazon Web Services, CM Asia Learning, and the Ministry of Education, where she championed STEM education, workforce development, and teacher capacity-building across the Asia Pacific region.

As Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, Puay San works closely with teams across NFC to shape and drive the organisation’s long-term strategy, innovation agenda, and enterprise-wide transformation.  

Puay San holds a Doctorate in Education (Leadership and Innovation) from New York University.

Ms Anne Leong

Chief Human Resources Officer

Anne Leong joined NTUC First Campus as Chief Human Resources Officer on 1 September 2025.

She brings with her more than 30 years of extensive HR experience across both large corporations and hypergrowth startups in the finance sector. A seasoned HR leader, Anne’s expertise spans business partnering, talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce planning.

Before joining NFC, Anne was Head of People at GXS Bank, where she played a key role in its launch and growth. Under her leadership, the bank scaled its tech‑centric workforce from 50 to over 350 employees within three years. She led the people strategy with a strong focus on employee engagement, contributing to the bank receiving a Bronze award for Best Onboarding Experience at the 2024 Employee Experience Awards and a Silver Award for Best HR Team (SME) at the 2024 HR Excellence Awards.

Prior to that, Anne held strategic HR roles at financial institutions including OCBC, UOB, and GIC.

Anne holds a Master of Business from Nanyang Technological University.

Mr Justin Ang

Justin Ang is the Chief Executive Officer of NTUC First Campus (NFC), a role he assumed on 1 February 2025.

Justin brings a wealth of senior executive experience from a distinguished career spanning both public and private sector, and a demonstrated track record of leading and growing businesses. Before joining NFC, he served as Assistant Chief Executive at the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) where he played a pivotal role in advancing Singapore’s digital innovation and media ecosystem. Prior to his role at IMDA, Justin held leadership positions in commercial, product, marketing, and customer facing operations across prominent organisations such as StarHub, True (Thailand) and Apple, where he led business growth across multiple markets.

Passionate about connecting people to purpose, Justin believes that NFC has an unparalleled opportunity to shape the future of society through its commitment to enable bright futures for every child, family, and teacher within its community.

Justin also serves on the boards of the Singapore Kindness Movement and the Singapore Institute of Directors.

Ms Eleanor Tan

Chief Growth Officer

Our goal is to ensure that every family, including those with children from 0 to 6 years old, who chooses our preschools feels valued, heard, and supported. We understand the critical role we play in the early development of young minds, and we are dedicated to building long-lasting relationships with our children and families in achieving bright futures together.

As Chief Growth Officer at NTUC First Campus, Eleanor Tan oversees a broad portfolio of emerging and growth-stage ventures, including the Changemakers, SEED, and other unfunded business portfolios, as well as the New & International Businesses unit. She is responsible for identifying and developing new business segments while expanding NFC's footprint in both local and international markets.

Prior to joining NFC, Eleanor held various leadership positions in marketing and sales across Asia and Europe for over 22 years. Having worked with several educational institutions in Singapore and internationally, she has gained a strong understanding of the unique demands of K-12 education. Combining her sector experience with the rigorous consumer marketing skills she honed at MNCs such as Philips AVENT in Hong Kong, ENGAGE Group in London, and Nippon Paint in Asia, Eleanor brings a unique perspective to NFC. As a lifelong learner, Eleanor earned her Master's in Digital Management with Distinction from Hyper Island (awarded by Teesside University, UK) in 2023, further elevating her systems thinking capabilities and strengthening her ability to drive innovation in today's rapidly evolving business and technology landscape.

Ms Sharolyn Choy

Chief Brand and Communications Officer

Branding and Communications is not just about being heard. It’s about sharing our NFC story and passion so that more people can truly understand our purpose, culture and social causes, and join us in creating bright futures for every child and their family.

As Chief Brand and Communications Officer at NTUC First Campus (NFC), Sharolyn Choy is a fervent believer in doing well and doing good. Together with her diverse team of brand, consumer insights, communications, digital and social experts, they develop brand and communications strategies to enhance the company's profile, and partner stakeholders to deliver campaigns that meet business objectives. Sharolyn has a heart for preschools. She aspires to make a difference by engaging the public and young parents in learning about NFC's purpose, culture and social causes.

Prior to joining NFC, Sharolyn's 30 years of experience spans the government, public-listed and multinational companies, as well as consultancy. She became Managing Director of Edelman Public Relations Singapore in her early 30s, which made her then one of the youngest and only female Singaporean to run a Top 5 international Communications consultancy. A massive amount of her experience is accrued doing work in global and regional markets for companies such as Coca-Cola, Audi, Lufthansa, Hitachi, UPS, ST Engineering and Surbana Jurong. Sharolyn is a certified trainer and has trained many C-suite executives in media and crisis training, as well as conducted workshops in brand and communications messaging.

Ms Mabel Lim

Managing Director, My FIrst Skool

As Managing Director of My First Skool, Mabel Lim leads one of Singapore’s largest preschool networks, with more than 160 centres islandwide. She oversees the network’s overall performance, with a focus on delivering quality early childhood education to Singapore’s families.

With more than 17 years of experience in the education industry, she has built a career deeply rooted in Singapore’s early childhood and private enrichment landscape. Early in her career, Mabel worked closely with parents, developing a deep appreciation for the hopes and considerations they bring to their children’s education, a perspective that continues to shape her people- and purpose-centred leadership style.

Over the years, she has held strategic leadership roles across leading education organisations, including The Learning Lab and EtonHouse, spanning operations and business growth. She has also led the launch of a new brand, defining and structuring the founding group, shaping the brand positioning, and executing the full go-to-market strategy.

Mabel graduated from Nanyang Technological University with an Honours degree in Business. She brings a whole-of-business perspective and believes that strong organisations are ultimately built on the people behind them.

Mr Simon Ong

Chief Human Resource Officer

Simon Ong is the Chief Human Resource Officer of NTUC First Campus (NFC). An advocate for Human Resource to be a strong collaborator and partner to the business, he builds his teams around this belief. At NFC, he is committed to building a strong HR team to partner the business units closely and creating a conducive work environment that supports the growth and development of employees.

Simon brings with him over 25 years of experience in both public and private sectors, across various industries such as defence, shipping, engineering, and retail. He has held leadership positions in various HR functions such as business partnering, talent acquisition, talent management and development. Simon holds an Executive Master of Science in Management of HR & Global Leadership from Baruch College, The City University of New York.

Ms Mindy Teo

Chief, Commercial Business

Our commitment to innovation is driven by our desire to help children learn and thrive. We embrace new technologies, teaching methods, and opportunities for learning beyond the classroom to create positive impact and empower young learners.

Mindy Teo is Chief, Commercial Business at NTUC First Campus (NFC), where she oversees and drives the growth of NFC’s non-preschool businesses, including Changemakers by SEED Campus, Mandai ZooSchool, Outdoor School Singapore, and SEED Institute.

She also serves as Managing Director of Little Skool-House, where she is responsible for overseeing the operations of its preschool centres and ensuring the quality of its programmes.

Prior to her current roles, Mindy was NFC’s Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer from 2020 to June 2025, providing leadership in strategy formulation and data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Before joining NFC, Mindy spent more than 15 years in the real estate and hospitality industry. During this time, she honed her leadership skills in functions such as strategic planning, brand and marketing, talent management, and asset management. Mindy was instrumental in establishing and driving an innovation culture in a global hospitality organisation, leading the successful implementation of key transformation projects such as developing and launching a new coliving brand (lyf) and a global loyalty program (Ascott Star Rewards). Mindy holds a Master's degree in Science (Engineering) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Michigan. She has always had a passion for young children, serving as a Sunday School teacher in church since 2007.

Ms Thian Ai Ling

General Manager, My First Skool

With over 25 years of experience in the education industry, Thian Ai Ling, General Manager of My First Skool, has dedicated her career to working with children and youth. Ai Ling spearheads business growth initiatives, enhances operational effectiveness, and drives the development of systems and practices for quality assurance, change management, and innovations. Ai Ling is instrumental in the designs and niche programming for the large and atypical My First Skool centres. A people developer, Ai Ling coaches her team of Zonal Directors, Cluster Quality Managers and Centre Principals with Systems Thinking and Leadership.

Prior to joining NTUC First Campus (NFC) in 2015, Ai Ling held senior leadership positions in schools and the Ministry of Education, Singapore. Ai Ling was awarded the Outstanding Youth in Education (a national recognition for young educators who have shown admirable passion in teaching and commitment to inspiring and nurturing their students) in 2001 and the Lee Kuan Yew Leadership Valedictorian Prize in 2008 (demonstrating the best overall performance in the Leaders in Education Programme, a full-time leadership executive programme by the National Institute of Education). In 2018 and 2019, Ai Ling was conferred the Top 50 Women Leaders in Education by the World Education Congress and the Education Leadership Award. Ai Ling’s expertise in education and quality systems is widely recognised, and she is frequently invited to speak at local and international industry conferences and events. Ai Ling is the 2nd Deputy Chairman of the Singapore National Co-operative Federation (SNCF). She holds a Master of Teaching & Learning from Teachers' College, Columbia University, USA.

Ms Coreen Soh

Chief Child Development & Support Officer

Every child is unique and our mission is to create an environment that nurtures their individual strengths and passions.

As the Chief Child Development & Support Officer, Coreen ensures the delivery of high-quality curriculum across all our preschools, while also championing inclusive practices by ensuring that children requiring additional support have timely access to the resources they need to thrive.

Prior to this role, Coreen concurrently served as Chief Child Development Officer and General Manager of Little Skool-House. As GM, she provided both strategic and operational leadership to the brand, overseeing curriculum innovation, educator capability development, and business growth. She worked closely with centre leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen Little Skool-House’s position as a preferred preschool of choice, known for delivering high-quality outcomes for children.

With over 24 years of experience in preschool education, Coreen is a purpose-driven and dynamic leader who has dedicated herself to providing high-quality education to children in Singapore. Starting her career as a preschool teacher, Coreen has a deep understanding of the important role that preschool educators play in the development of young children. She strongly believes in integrating education and business domains to create more possibilities in the preschool sector. Her experience in commercial companies, the Ministry of Education, and social enterprises has given her a balanced and holistic perspective on running a successful education-based organisation.

As a recognised expert in early childhood education, Coreen's expertise is highly sought after. She has been featured in the media extensively, presented at prestigious conferences such as NAEYC and the NIE Research Seminar, delivered talks at seminars locally and internationally, contributed articles for various publications, conducted courses for corporates, and served as a guest lecturer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic's Early Childhood Education Programme. Coreen holds a Master of Science (Early Childhood Education) from Wheelock College, Boston and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Mat. Eng) from Nanyang Technological University.

Mr Kenny Lee

Head of Finance

Kenny Lee is the Head of Finance of NTUC First Campus (NFC), a role he assumed on 1 April 2026. He oversees NFC’s finance operations, strategy, planning and analysis, procurement and Data & Analytics.

Kenny is a senior finance leader with over 16 years of experience across telecommunications, fintech, and investment sectors in Southeast Asia. He specialises in business partnering, corporate strategy, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), with a proven track record of leading high-value deals and driving rapid revenue growth.

Before joining NFC, he served as Vice President of Finance at Cyan Renewables, where he supported the acquisition of a Service Operation Vessel, and secured a multi-year, multimillion offshore wind turbine maintenance contract. He was also involved in several M&A projects.

Prior to his role at Cyan Renewables, Kenny was the Regional CFO for OneConnect Financial Technology, a subsidiary of Ping An Group, overseeing financial operations, strategic planning, and performance management.

Kenny graduated from NUS with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder, a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) of Australia and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Ms Chan Su Yee

Chief Executive Officer

By fostering a culture that embraces a shared purpose, tailored growth, and a focus on innovation for impact, we strive to build a brighter future for every child and family we serve.

Chan Su Yee is the Chief Executive Officer of NTUC First Campus (NFC), a position she assumed in 2021. Prior to becoming CEO, Su Yee had been a member of the Board since 2015, demonstrating a strong passion for preschool education and making valuable contributions. In addition to her role at NFC, Su Yee is also the Chief Executive Officer of NTUC Health, one of the largest community health and eldercare providers in Singapore. This dual leadership role has enabled her to forge a partnership between NFC and NTUC Health, pioneering a unique platform for intergenerational learning. By bringing together young children and older generations, Su Yee cultivates an environment of empathy, understanding, and knowledge exchange, enriching the educational journey for all involved. Before joining NTUC Health, she led cluster development for the Health and Early Education sectors at NTUC Enterprise.

Su Yee brings extensive experience to her role, having spent 14 years working with clients across Asia on a wide range of corporate strategy issues as a consultant at Bain & Company. Her credentials in business strategy, coupled with her strong passion for early childhood education, make her a trusted leader in the preschool education industry.

Mr James Lee

Chief Digital and Technology Officer

James Lee joined NTUC First Campus as Chief Digital and Technology Officer on 1 November 2025. He leads the organisation’s digital and technology agenda, focusing on harnessing digital solutions and data to enhance teaching and learning outcomes, and improve operational excellence.

He brings over 23 years of experience in driving end-to-end technology delivery across the telecommunications, public service, and financial sectors. James has a proven track record in building technical capabilities, leading large-scale, complex projects, and enabling business growth in Singapore and across the region.

Before joining NFC, James was Vice President, Enterprise Business Group and Information Systems at StarHub, where he was instrumental in delivering technology solutions that generated business value. He led the product and application development and maintenance services portfolio, drove the roadmap and implementation of business support systems, and strengthened operational resilience.

Earlier in his career, James held leadership roles at AsiaInfo International, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Goldman Sachs and Accenture, where he was responsible for developing technology capabilities, driving business development, and delivering projects across markets including Thailand, India, and China.
