We understand the critical role we play in the early development of young minds, and we are dedicated to building long-lasting relationships with our children and families in achieving bright futures together.
Eleanor Tan, the Chief Customer Officer at NTUC First Campus (NFC), drives the brand, marketing and enrolment strategies to strengthen NFC’s portfolio of preschool brands, My First Skool and Little Skool-House. She is responsible for transforming the customer experience and end-to-end enrolment processes, while enhancing the preschools’ value propositions. Eleanor also leads the NFC’s Digital Education taskforce programme to further enhance the organisation’s digital edtech capabilities.
Prior to joining NFC, Eleanor held various leadership positions in marketing and sales across Asia and Europe for over 22 years. Having worked with several educational institutions in Singapore and internationally, she has gained a strong understanding of the unique demands of K-12 education. Combining her sector experience with the rigorous consumer marketing skills she honed from her time with MNCs Philips AVENT in Hong Kong, ENGAGE Group in London and Nippon Paint in Asia, Eleanor brings a unique perspective to NFC. Being a lifelong learner, she recently graduated with a Distinction in her Masters in Digital Management from Hyper Island (awarded by Teesside University UK), elevating her systems thinking capability and being an agent of innovation to keep up with the rapidly evolving world of business and technology.
