Sherry Tan

Sherry Tan joined NTUC First Campus on 13 October 2026 as its Chief Enterprise and Governance Officer.

Prior to joining NFC, Sherry held several leadership roles at IHH Healthcare Singapore, serving most recently as its Chief Corporate Officer. Over the course of her career with IHH, she worked across strategy, operations, governance and organisational transformation, and led integrated enterprise capabilities. She established new corporate functions, developed internal M&A capability, strengthened Board governance and led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on improving organisational resilience, leadership effectiveness and long-term value creation.

Sherry holds a Bachelor of Business from Nanyang Business School, NTU, and both a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Master of Laws in Commercial & Corporate Law from the University of London. She also holds a Doctor of Business Administration from UBIS.
