About Us

We enable bright futures for every child and their family

At NTUC First Campus, we are more than just a leader in early childhood education – we are on a mission to enable bright futures for every child and their family.

Every child deserves the best start in education in the most formative years of their lives. We want every child to realise their true potential and for their parents to get the help they need to support their child’s development.

That is why, since 1977, we have been making quality preschool education accessible through our holistic support framework. At NTUC First Campus, our mission is to be the first choice child development partner enabling bright futures for all.

Our Curriculum

Everything we do is rooted in research and evidence

We understand how children learn. As a leader in early childhood care and education (ECCE), we create a happy and engaging classroom environment for your child to learn as they play. We have carefully developed our curriculum and programmes based on both international as well as our own research and evidence-based pedagogies, to ensure the NTUC First Campus (NFC) Child is ready for the future.

Child Support Model

A place where every child shines and every family is supported

We believe every child should have an equal opportunity to discover and develop their potential without being defined by their circumstances. That’s why we created the Child Support Model to support children with diverse needs holistically in the formative years of their lives. Our Child Support Model offers Financial, Social, Health & Well-being, and Learning and Development support so that every child can look to a bright future.

A place where everyone grows

We place our children’s development first by ensuring that we care for those who nurture them in the classroom. As an early childhood educator at NTUC First Campus, you get to pave the way for potential not only for the children you teach but for yourself and your career.

While we give you all the support, training and tools you need, we place you firmly in the driver’s seat to determine how your career develops. At NTUC First Campus, it’s our aim to see everyone grow.

Years ago, Emma graduated from @littleskoolhousesg at SingHealth Tower, and today, she teaches at the very same centre!

Her journey shows how every small moment of care today can become tomorrow's inspiration. To all educators: your 'small' moments? They're building big futures.

Congratulations to Ms Ng Lai Leng and Mr Wong Toon King on being conferred the Friend of Labour Award!

We are proud to celebrate two of our Board Directors whose steadfast commitment and leadership have made a lasting impact on NTUC First Campus and the lives we touch every day.

🔹 Ms Ng Lai Leng, Director and Chair of our Audit & Risk Committee, has played a pivotal role in fortifying NFC’s governance and operational resilience. Under her stewardship, we have strengthened our risk management, cybersecurity, and data protection frameworks — ensuring not only regulatory compliance but long-term financial sustainability. Her leadership has directly supported the growth of our organisation and workforce, enabling us to provide quality preschool education to families across Singapore while creating meaningful career pathways for our people.

🔹 Mr Wong Toon King, Director and member of the Establishment Committee, has contributed significantly to NFC’s digital transformation and leadership development. From steering us through the challenges of COVID-19 to enhancing our talent pipeline and reward frameworks, his strategic insights have helped us grow stronger and more future-ready.

Their recognition is not only a celebration of individual achievement but also a reflection of our shared purpose — enabling bright futures for every child, family, and educator.

Join us in thanking Ms Ng and Mr Wong for their invaluable service to the NFC family and the broader labour movement.

We recently launched "Little Chick Goes to School Too!" — a storybook specially created to encourage regular preschool attendance among children from lower-income families. More than just a book, we see it as a little bridge to big futures.

The storybook is part of our broader pilot Attendance Support Initiative with @beanstalkecda, which aims to improve preschool attendance through holistic family support. We’ve seen promising results, with attendance levels among children from lower-income families reaching 77% and climbing!

Behind the scenes, our dedicated Child Support team and Family Support Executives (FSEs) are the real heroes. They work hand in hand with families, offering financial guidance, emotional encouragement, and practical resources. Because every child deserves the best start in life.

A huge shoutout to our colleagues, FSEs, and partners. Every challenge we help families overcome brings a child closer to a bright future. 🌟 Let’s continue making a difference, together.
