Six early childhood educators and two early interventional professionals from NTUC First Campus were recognised at this year’s ECDA Awards ceremony on 26 September.

The ECDA Awards recognises exemplary early childhood infant and early years educators, preschool educators, early intervention professionals, leaders, as well as preschools that have excelled in teaching and learning and in their innovative practice.

This is a list of our winners for the ECDA Awards 2026:

• Outstanding Preschool Educator Award (Commendation): Muhammad Aliff Bin Mohamed Murat, My First Skool at 49 Rivervale Crescent
  
• Outstanding Infant Educator Award (Commendation): Radiana Binte Mohamad Imran, My First Skool at Blk 375 Clementi
  
• Outstanding Early Years Educator Award: Tian Ying, Little Skool-House at Tampines Plaza
  
• Outstanding Preschool Educator Award: Qin Haidi, Little Skool-House at Yishun Community Hospital
  
• Outstanding Early Intervention Professional Award: Valerie Cheng Mei Leng, NTUC First Campus
  
• Outstanding Early Intervention Professional Award (Commendation): Liang Xueni, NTUC First Campus
