10 NTUC First Campus educators appointed as PASTELs to advance sector excellence

10 educators from NTUC First Campus (NFC) have been appointed as Pedagogists And Specialists in Teaching and Learning (PASTELs) for the third cycle of the Early Childhood Learning Communities (ECLC), led by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).

Our appointed PASTELs are:

  • Debbie Ong, Senior Education Development Specialist, Child Development Department – Numeracy
  • Dana Tan, Education Development Specialist, Child Development Department – Numeracy
  • Karen Chia, Education Development Specialist, Child Development Department – Visual-Spatial Learning & Executive Functions
  • Janice Wong, Deputy Lead Education Development Specialist, Child Development Department – Play-based Learning
  • Phang Shu Ann, Lead Education Development Specialist, Child Development Department – Outdoor Learning
  • Durgadeve, Principal, My First Skool at Blk 541 Ang Mo Kio – Language & Literature
  • Lai Mei Sum, Deputy Centre Lead, English, My First Skool at Blk 219 Serangoon – Numeracy
  • Goh Fang Hui, Deputy Centre Lead, English, My First Skool at Blk 332B Anchorvale Link – Outdoor Learning
  • Aliyah Nerissa Binte Mohd Yussof, Lead Teacher, English, My First Skool at 51 Fernvale Link – Values, Social and Emotional Competencies and Learning Dispositions and Executive Functions
  • Cheng Guangyao, Lead Teacher, Chinese, Changemakers Explorer at Devan Nair Institute – Mother Tongue Language (CL)
