Abstract:
Preschool interactions are crucial for social, emotional, and cognitive development. Warm, responsive teachers create a supportive environment through verbal and non-verbal back-and-forth interactions. These "back-and-forth exchanges" support learning, language, and critical thinking. Active listening, guidance, and feedback cultivate a love for learning. Emotionally supportive interactions further enhance participation and development. Educators should provide ample opportunities and foster warm, consistent interactions for holistic development.
