As Chief Business Operations Officer at NTUC First Campus (NFC), Jasmine plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across NFC’s preschool brands, My First Skool and Little Skool-House. She oversees key functions including enrolment, customer support, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness, while also leading strategic collaborations and partnerships to strengthen brand positioning and support business growth. In addition, Jasmine oversees the planning, development, and construction of new preschool centres, as well as the ongoing facilities management of existing assets.
Jasmine has over 20 years of experience in the education sector, with a proven track record of elevating operational performance, delivering strategic initiatives, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Since joining NFC, she has contributed to significant initiatives, including the development of Early Years Centres and the implementation of Intergenerational Programming within the My First Skool network. She was also a key member of the team that designed and launched a new unified system to enhance workforce productivity and deliver an improved experience for parents and families.
Prior to joining NFC, Jasmine held senior management positions in leading adult learning institutions. In these roles, she was instrumental in driving sustainable financial results and elevating service standards. Her leadership led to improved learner satisfaction, regulatory alignment, and stronger financial performance across the organisations she served. Jasmine holds a Bachelor of Business in Business Administration (with Distinction) from RMIT University. She is passionate about delivering quality education experiences and enabling teams to operate with excellence, purpose, and impact.
