Learn about our Management Associate Programme

Our promise of

Growth & Support

Our Management Associate Programme has a primary mission: to nurture a community of leaders that provide working families and their children with equal access to quality education.

You will be given opportunities for varied, cross-disciplinary roles in early childhood education, enabling you to grow and potentially fill leadership positions within the organisation. The result: a fulfilling career that enriches both your life and the lives of the families you support.
