Bright Horizons Fund
in Action
As part of the Ready-for-School Programme, funded by our charity arm, the Bright Horizons Fund (BHF) in partnership with the @capitaland Hope Foundation, close to 30 @capitaland volunteers recently joined us to pack back-to-school essentials for close to 1,000 graduating K2 children from lower-income families.
This annual initiative helps ensure that every child can begin their Primary 1 journey with the right tools, support, and confidence.
A heartfelt thank-you to our partners and volunteers for helping make every child’s transition to primary school a joyful and empowering one!

Through Bright Horizons Fund’s You’ve Got Talent (YGT) programme, run in partnership with Social Service Office @ Boon Lay & Taman Jurong, about 40 children from lower-income families, including those supported under the ComLink+ initiative, took part in weekly art sessions from July to October 2025.
The inclusive programme also welcomed children with developmental and language needs, who joined in the same creative activities alongside their peers.
You’ve Got Talent aims to close the enrichment gap by giving children from lower-income families access to quality enrichment opportunities that nurture creativity and confidence
We thank Mr Desmond Lee (@desmond.lee), Minister for Education and Minister-in-Charge of Social Services Integration, for joining the children’s graduation celebration and art exhibition, making the occasion even more special.

We recently wrapped up our final Family and School Together (FAST) event of the year, and what a heartwarming celebration it was! 💛
Over 800 families from @myfirstskoolsg came together to enjoy a fun-filled day of bonding and learning through engaging activities made possible by the Bright Horizons Fund. This year, the event took on a special twist as we joined in celebrating SG60 with a vibrant carnival featuring heritage games, local snacks, and snippets of Singapore’s history shared in fun, interactive ways.
The highlight of the day? Children from our You’ve Got Talent programme — co-funded by the Singapore Maritime Officers’ Union (SMOU) @smousg — took to the stage with confidence to perform in front of their families. It was a proud moment for parents, and a joyful one for all of us to witness. 🌟
A big thank you to Mr Heng Chee How, Chairman of the Bright Horizons Fund and Deputy Secretary-General of NTUC, for joining us at the event, and to our wonderful partners OCBC, Families for Life Council, Ubisoft, and The HoloGrail, as well as our dedicated staff volunteers, for helping bring this celebration to life.
Together, we continue building strong family-school partnerships and enabling bright futures for every child.

The first Family and School Together (FAST) Carnival of the year brought over 800 participants together for a joyful SG60 celebration, filled with fun, learning and heritage. Families explored Singapore’s rich history through cultural booths and activities that fostered bonding and discovery.
Sponsored by the Bright Horizons Fund, FAST creates meaningful opportunities for children from less privileged backgrounds and their families to connect through enriching educational experiences.
We were honoured to have Mr Heng Chee How, Chairman of the Bright Horizons Fund and Deputy Secretary-General of NTUC, join us at the event. A heartfelt thank you to our valued partners – @ocbcbank, @familiesforlife (FFL), and @theholograil @theholograil.sg – for their generous support.
This celebration was made possible through the efforts of our partners, families and volunteers. Moments like these remind us that community lies at the heart of Singapore’s story. Here’s to many more celebrations of our shared heritage! #SG60 ❤️🇸🇬
