Ms Louisa Chng
Chief Child Support Officer
Supporting families is at the heart of what we do. By embracing inclusivity and diversity and working together, we can create a strong support system that enables every child to thrive and achieve their full potential.
As the Chief Child Support Officer at NTUC First Campus (NFC), Louisa Chng is responsible for developing and delivering the integrated Child Support Model across NFC’s network of preschools, which includes financial support, social programmes as well as learning & development support programmes. Since joining in 2020, she has been leading efforts to ensure that children enrolled in NFC’s preschools who require additional support have access to the resources they need to reach their full potential.
Prior to joining NFC, Louisa was a manager at Bain & Company, where she consulted for many multinationals and local conglomerates in South East Asia, Hong Kong and the United States. Her passion for education led her to start up an educational business in Thailand, and she has also been involved in collaborative philanthropy projects focused on children, youth, and disability. Louisa holds an undergraduate degree in Law from Cambridge University with a LLB from Lincoln’s Inn, London and a Master of Business Administration from Wharton Business School.
