Mabel Lim

As Managing Director of My First Skool, Mabel Lim leads one of Singapore’s largest preschool networks, with more than 160 centres islandwide. She oversees the network’s overall performance, with a focus on delivering quality early childhood education to Singapore’s families.

With more than 17 years of experience in the education industry, she has built a career deeply rooted in Singapore’s early childhood and private enrichment landscape. Early in her career, Mabel worked closely with parents, developing a deep appreciation for the hopes and considerations they bring to their children’s education, a perspective that continues to shape her people- and purpose-centred leadership style.

Over the years, she has held strategic leadership roles across leading education organisations, including The Learning Lab and EtonHouse, spanning operations and business growth. She has also led the launch of a new brand, defining and structuring the founding group, shaping the brand positioning, and executing the full go-to-market strategy.

Mabel graduated from Nanyang Technological University with an Honours degree in Business. She brings a whole-of-business perspective and believes that strong organisations are ultimately built on the people behind them.
