Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer

Supporting families is at the heart of what we do. By embracing inclusivity and diversity and working together, we can create a strong support system that enables every child to thrive and achieve their full potential.

Louisa Chng is the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at NTUC First Campus (NFC), where she leads the organisation’s strategy formulation efforts. She concurrently heads NFC’s charity arm, the Bright Horizons Fund, a role she has held since 2021.

Prior to her current appointment on 1 July 2025, Louisa served as Chief Child Support Officer from 2021, where she led the development and implementation of NFC’s integrated Child Support Model across its network of preschools. Under her leadership, NFC strengthened its capabilities to ensure that children requiring additional support thrive in its preschools.

Before joining NFC, Louisa was a manager at Bain & Company, where she advised multinationals and local conglomerates across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and the United States. Her passion for education also led her to establish an educational business in Thailand. In addition, she has been actively involved in collaborative philanthropy projects focused on children, youth, and persons with disabilities.

Louisa holds an undergraduate degree in Law from Cambridge University, a LLB from Lincoln’s Inn, London, and a Master of Business Administration from Wharton Business School.Lincoln’s Inn, London and a Master of Business Administration from Wharton Business School.
