Wu Yingshan joined NTUC First Campus as Chief Marketing Officer on 1 October 2025.
She brings over 20 years of integrated marketing and communications experience across both the public and private sectors, with expertise in brand strategy, digital and social media marketing, and consumer engagement.
From 2015 to 2021, Yingshan led brand, marketing, and communications for My First Skool, where she strengthened its brand positioning, drove enrolment growth, and supported recruitment marketing in close partnership with HR. Her work contributed to achieving talent acquisition targets and enhancing the organisation’s reputation as a preferred employer.
Yingshan has held leadership roles at the Government Technology Agency (GovTech), Singtel, and Creative Technology. At GovTech, she oversaw brand management, digital marketing, and citizen engagement, growing the Tech Kaki community by 20% year-on-year and leading a brand harmonisation initiative that strengthened the association between GovTech and flagship products such as Singpass. She organised hallmark events like STACK, which attracted over 2,000 participants and surpassed industry benchmarks for satisfaction and NPS. In addition, she oversaw the management of GovTech’s social media, which consistently outperformed industry benchmarks.
Yingshan holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and a Diploma with Merit in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching (Chinese).
