With a background in Early Childhood Education, Julie is passionate about nurturing the next generation through meaningful experiences in nature. She believes the outdoors is a powerful space for children to grow into capable, confident, and curious learners. Beyond facilitating programmes, Julie also plays an active role in the curation and development of Outdoor School Singapore's programmes, thoughtfully designing adventures that build resilience, independence, and a lifelong love for learning.

Guided by a child-centred approach, Julie believes the best educators lead by example. She brings her own love for adventure and lifelong learning into every programme, creating safe and inclusive spaces where every child feels empowered to explore, embrace challenges, and discover their potential.
