Inclusive Support Programme (InSP)

The Inclusive Support Programme (InSP) was created by the Early Childhood Development Agency in February 2022. The InSP ensures in-school support for children requiring medium levels of early intervention support at their preschools.

Highlights

  • Early intervention professionals and early childhood educators plan and teach classes together, while tailoring the lessons to the children’s learning abilities.

Benefits

|

InSP is currently offered at two My First Skool centres, at Blk 248 Kim Keat Link and Blk 406 Woodlands. Using differentiated teaching practices, the early intervention professionals and early childhood educators at these two centres plan and teach classes together, while tailoring the lessons to the children’s learning abilities.

InSP implements skills and strategies to support children with developmental needs so that they can be engaged more meaningfully. When necessary, visiting allied health professionals also provide specialist support to the children.

How to apply?

|

Parents of children who may require this programme will be contacted by the My First Skool centre.
