Pedagogist, Chinese 课程培训督导
<p>As part of the Professional Development team, Pedagogist will play a critical role to uplift and transform Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) professional/pedagogical learning and capability building across NTUC First Campus (NFC)’s ECCE fraternity to derive better child outcomes.</p>
<p>作为课程与专业发展团队的一员,课程培训督导在提升和改善职总优儿学府在幼儿保育和教育专业、教学和能力建设方面起着重要的作用,以协助幼儿取得更好的学习成果。</p>
<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Participate in the development of PD content for new and experienced Chinese teachers, using curriculum resources and guides as references</li>
<li>Equip new teachers and experienced teachers by conducting training sessions and providing onsite coaching</li>
<li>Provide professional guidance to Centre Core Team of assigned centres in the following areas:</li>
</ul>
<p>a. Translate curriculum knowledge to classroom practices and relate the latter to SPARKs criteria</p>
<p>b. Close practice gaps in pedagogy and curriculum implementation</p>
<p>c. Enhance their curriculum leadership and capacity to support and guide centre teachers in their teaching and learning practices</p>
<ul>
<li>Partner Team Lead in PD initiatives to improve the delivery and efficacy of PD to centres</li>
<li>Contribute to curriculum review taking cognisance of feedback received from MFS Centres.</li>
<li>Participate in NFC’s Task Forces and/or projects</li>
<li>Participate in professional development of team through professional learning and sharing, and mentoring of new PD colleagues</li>
</ul>

<li>以课程资源和教学指南为依据,为新教师和有经验的教师开发专业发展课程内容</li>
<li>通过开展课程培训和提供现场督导,帮助新教师和有经验的教师了解和实施课程</li>

<p>将对课程的理解转化为课堂教学实践,并将SPARKS 标准落实在教学实践中</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>缩小教学法和教学实践的差距</p>
</li>

<p>加强课程领导力,以及支持和指导中心教师教学实践的能力</p>
</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>与课程培训督导组长合作,以提升培训和督导的有效性,在修改课程是要将幼乐园中心的反馈意见考量在内,为完善课程做出贡献</li>
<li>参与职总优儿学府的各个重点工作小组和/ 或项目</li>
<li>通过专业的学习与分享,以及对新进同事的指导,参与课程与专业发展团队的专业发展</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Possess Degree or Master in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE)</li>
<li>Strong pedagogical and curriculum knowledge with demonstrated experience in translation of such knowledge and experience to practice</li>
<li>Demonstrated strong training/equipping, mentoring and coaching ability for centre leaders</li>
<li>Strong people skills</li>
</ul>
