Job Responsibilities:

– Design EDMs and handle job postings across platforms (company website, job boards, social media).
– Track and update recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates).
– Manage candidate databases and talent pipelines.
– Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
– Organise events such as recruitment fairs with internal and external stakeholders
– Work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers.
– Generate recruitment reports and analytics for management review.
– Liaise with training institutes, government agencies, and recruitment vendors.

 

Job Requirements:

– Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
– Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR
– Able to develop and design publicity materials
– Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple initiatives under minimal supervision through customer-centric approach
– Excellent interpersonal, problem solving skills and comfortable with data analysis
– Preferably with experience working with recruitment applicant tracking system (ATS)
