The Centre Support Officer (CSO) provides administration support in the childcare centre. This is a permanent position at one of our childcare centres in the Tengah region.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Update and maintain regular and accurate records
• Prepare, collect and compile documents
• Collate and generate reports
• Collect fees and process financial matters
• Attend to enquires from walk-in parents and telephone

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• GCE O Level and above
• At least 2 years of administrative experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organising skills
• Pleasant disposition
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
