MANAGEMENT / SPECIALIST/ EXECUTIVE
 
Chief Financial Officer (HQ)
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the Finance team to develop broad financial strategies as well as be a key contributor in the corporate strategy and planning for the organization. You will be required to identify, plan, organise, present and interpret timely financial and other relevant information for strategic decision-making and control processes. You will also provide financial and business support to the various strategic business units.
Requirements:
A recognised Honours Degree in Accountancy with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
At least 5 years of relevant managerial capacity in Group Financial and Management Reporting; relevant experience in childcare and/or education industry is preferred.
Able to establish, implement and manage Group and Centralised internal controls, robust models and other decision support tools for strategic business units.
Strong leadership, analytical and interpersonal communications skills.
Possess in-depth knowledge of Corporate Governance, Financial Reporting Standards (Singapore), and proficient understanding of Legal and Group Tax jurisdiction and Risk Management.
Excellent knowledge of ACCPAC and experience in the implementation and management of the financial aspects of Integrated Management Systems.
Human Resource Executive, Staffing (HQ)
Working closely with business units, you will be involved in manpower projection, staffing and recruitment decisions and activities. You will play a facilitative role in various recruitment channels, drive recruitment programs and ensure staffing needs in our centres and functional departments are met. You will also review and initiate appropriate HR activities that will enhance our ability to attract people to join our organization. This is a developmental role that allows dynamic individuals to work at operating business unit level on manpower acquisition and also an opportunity to learn this sector.
Requirements:
Degree in HRM, Business or equivalent
At least 2-years of prior experience in staffing and recruitment function preferred
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing personality and is a strong people connector
A team player who works well in a dynamic/fast-paced environment
Assistant General Manager (MFS)
 
You will be responsible for managing a network of centres to achieve business results, build strong parent relations and ensure quality service by working closely with centre teams in marketing the centre programmes and services. In addition, you also will serve as a key leader within an internal team and leverage on current processes to create, plan and lead community relations, Community Service Relations (CSR) and campaigns. You will partner with principals to drive their Community Relations strategies and work across various functions internally to ensure that all community relations programs align, including marketing and communications.
 
Requirements:
Degree in Business or related discipline.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
A strong interest and passion for the development and education of young children.
Excellent writing skills are required.
Enjoy networking and communication with people of all levels.
A team player and motivator of people and experienced in leading teams.
Business Unit Support Manager
 
You will be in charge of the set-up and see to the day-to-day operations of Business Unit Support (BUS) section. You will be responsible for the recruitment of staff, develop SOPs and training manuals, set up processes to collate feedback. You will provide service leadership to the Customer Servicing (CS), Transaction Processing (TP) and Financial Operations (FO) team and motivate the team. You will need to liaise with centres to anticipate fluctuations in back office activity and
inbound phone calls and ensure that staffing levels are adequate to cope with operational demands. When the set-up is in steady state, you will forecast and track calls statistics and ensure that first-call resolutions targets are met, review processes and ensure service excellence.
 
Requirements:
3 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a contact centre environment.
Able to conduct functional training for Customer Service and Transaction Processing staff members.
Experience in writing SOPs for operational departments.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Good Communication and writing skills.
Organized and meticulous.
   
   
Customer Servicing Team Lead
 
You will lead and manage a team of Customer Service Officers within the Customer Servicing unit to maximize results. You will assist the BUS Manager in the set up of BUS which involves developing SOPs, training material and staff interviews. When the set-up is in steady state, you will ensure the team is able to resolve customer enquiries and handle escalated calls and assist in responding to phone calls or emails during peak periods. You will also conduct coaching sessions with team members to review performance and handle project work as directed by BUS manager.
 
Requirements:
3 years’ experience in a contact centre or shared services environment.
Able to conduct functional training for Customer Service team.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Good communication and writing skills.
 
   
Senior Manager, Office of Administration
 
You will be the overall in-charge of the marketing and business development team. You will lead the marketing team to market our courses to pre-service and in-service teachers, create a strong Alumni base for repeated business, look for new business opportunities and liaise with the various ministries and childcare operators. You will also be required to work closely with the programme admin team and provide cross support function.
 
Requirements:
Degree in Business or equivalent.
Team player who works well in a fast-paced environment.
At least 5 years of supervisory experience in leading a team of at least 10 persons.
At least 3 years of work experience in education/training industry.
Good business acumen.
   
   
Manager, Learning & Development
 
You will be responsible for the workforce development at NTUC First Campus where learning needs of staff are supported and aligned with organisation’s strategic direction. You will develop learning and development strategies, policies, processes. You will establish and implement strategic manpower development strategy in relation to meeting workforce qualification requirements, innovative development plans and having effective scholarship and sponsorship schemes. You will manage full learning & development cycle: needs analysis, program sourcing; program design and development; program marketing & communication; program delivery; program evaluation to ensure high training quality. You will need to establish and implement competency roadmaps for the professionals’
career tracks and develop and manage the Learning Management System. You will also facilitate workshop and learning sessions as well as supporting the ramp-up of the business by running culture and team-building sessions. In addition, you will also assist in talent development plans.
 
Requirements:
Degree from a recognized University, preferably specialize in Human Resource Development.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in the area of learning and development and have worked with heads of departments.
Matured, experienced individual with high energy level.
Proven ability to deliver training workshops and facilitate sessions at multiple levels.
Writes well, have excellent communication and strong relationship building skills.
   
   
Temp Accountants (6 Months)
 
You will be required to handle full set of accounts.
 
Requirements:
ACCA or equivalent.
Familiar with Accpac.
 
 
   
Centre Principals
Our Centre Principals play a vital role in providing effective leadership and ensuring centre viability. Being the cornerstone of the centres, principals manage daily operations, maximize centre capacity and mentor their colleagues. Requirements:
Diploma in Pre-school Education-Teaching with a credit in English

Infant Care Teachers (Full Time / Part Time)
Our Infant Care Teachers play a pivotal role in supporting the learning and development of infants and toddlers (aged 2 to 17 months) who develop at lightning speed. They partner the parents in their babies’ development by documenting significant developmental milestones, providing a safe environment for our youngest children and promoting feelings of security and trust in these young ones so that they can confidently grow and learn within the environment. Our teachers tend to the babies’ needs and organize activities to promote a variety of learning experiences and opportunities that include reading, singing and interacting with them.
Requirements:
Certificate in Infant & Toddler Care & Development (CIT) or State- Registered Nurse
Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Candidates currently pursuing the CIT course and untrained candidates with at least 3 GCE ‘O’ Levels and a credit in English are welcome to apply and can look forward to course sponsorship and professional development opportunities.
Trainee Teacher
 
We are inviting professionals (without early childhood qualification) to join us in an exciting career with broad career opportunities in a field that involves working with children. You will be starting your career with us as an Assistant Teacher. You will primarily be responsible for the caring of children in their respective classes/centre and delivering age-appropriate activities/lessons to the children.
 
Requirements:
You have the passion and interest to work with young children
Good communication skills with a service-oriented outlook
Bachelor Degree (with English as medium of instruction) or 3 yrs full-time Local Polytechnic Diploma with at least a credit in O Levels EL1
 
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a 1-year fully sponsored course and receive an attractive monthly remuneration. Upon course completion, candidate will be re-designated as an English Teacher.

You will conduct enrichment programme for children of Pre-school age through reading, creative writing and performing arts activities.
 
Requirements:
Minimum 3 GCE O level credits including a ‘B4’ in O-Level English.
Qualification in Speech & Drama is preferred.
Very well conversed in English language.
Possess relevant teaching experience with 4 to 6 years old children.
Able to commit during weekday afternoon.
