MANAGEMENT / SPECIALIST/ EXECUTIVE
 
Centre Principals
Our Centre Principals play a vital role in providing effective leadership and ensuring centre viability. Being the cornerstone of the centres, principals manage daily operations, maximize centre capacity and mentor their colleagues. They also actively engage parents and the community to deliver the best education to our young. Hence, our principals possess good leadership skills with the ability to head a diverse team while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
Requirements:
Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership
Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in a pre-school setting
Strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
Suitable candidates who possess a Degree in Early Childhood Education in addition to a Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership will command a higher commencement salary
HR Assistant (1 year contract)
You will be part of Staffing team to provide administrative support for recruitment activities. You will be responsible to man the recruitment hotline, schedule and co-ordinate interviews. You will be involved in recruitment tool administration as well as maintenance of the recruitment folders for incoming resumes.
Requirements:
GCE O-Levels & above
Good Phone Etiquette
Strong Customer Service
Meticulous with good organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Applications
   
Student Care Programme Staff
As a Programme Staff, you will be working closely with children between the ages of 7 to 14 years old. You will supervise their school work, plan daily activities with them, facilitate their daily care routines, and ensure overall safety of the children. Believing in the importance of parent partnership, you will also be working with the children's parents in promoting the holistic development of their children.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 O-Levels credits including a credit in English
Diploma holders preferred
Strong communication skills and pleasant disposition
At least 1 year experience in group tutoring or managing of youth projects/ events
TEACHING
 
English / Chinese Pre-school Teachers (Full Time / Part Time)
Pre-school teachers give our children the best possible start in their early learning journey and build a strong foundation for the future of our nation. Requirements:
Diploma in Pre-school Education-Teaching with a credit in English
Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Passion and interest to work with young children
Infant Care Teachers (Full Time / Part Time)
Our Infant Care Teachers play a pivotal role in supporting the learning and development of infants and toddlers (aged 2 to 17 months) who develop at lightning speed. They partner the parents in their babies’ development by documenting significant developmental milestones, providing a safe environment for our youngest children and promoting feelings of security and trust in these young ones so that they can confidently grow and learn within the environment. Our teachers tend to the babies’ needs and organize activities to promote a variety of learning experiences and opportunities that include reading, singing and interacting with them.
Requirements:
Certificate in Infant & Toddler Care & Development (CIT) or State- Registered Nurse
Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Candidates currently pursuing the CIT course and untrained candidates with at least 3 GCE ‘O’ Levels and a credit in English are welcome to apply and can look forward to course sponsorship and professional development opportunities.
Assistant Teacher
 
We are inviting professionals (without early childhood qualification) to join us in an exciting career with broad career opportunities in a field that involves working with children. You will be starting your career with us as an Assistant Teacher. You will primarily be responsible for the caring of children in their respective classes/centre and delivering age-appropriate activities/lessons to the children.
 
Requirements:
You have the passion and interest to work with young children
Good communication skills with a service-oriented outlook
Candidates without early childhood experience (with at least 5 GCE 'O' levels including a credit in English) are welcome to apply and can look forward to course sponsorship and professional development opportunities
Relief Teachers (Flexible Work Arrangement)
You will provide support to the centre(s) on ad-hoc / temporary basis.
Requirements:
Have completed Secondary education
Keen to attend training
Housewives & Matured workers are welcome
Pro Flair Instructors (Ad-hoc basis)
You will conduct a reading enrichment programme for children of Pre-school age. Training will be provided.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 GCE O level credits incliding a 'B4' in O-Level English.
Well conversed in English Language.
Possess relevant teaching experience with 4 to 6 years old children.
Able to commit on weekday afternoons.
 
SUPPORT
Cook

Our cooks play an important role in the centres. As a cook, you will be contributing to the health of our children through the preparation of well-balanced and nutritious meals for them as well as the staff of the centre. You will also ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and perform general housekeeping duties at the centre.

Requirements:
Physically fit
Able to cook & bake cakes
At least 1 year cooking experience in a similar scale
