EVERY CHILD DESERVES A HEAD START IN LIFE

In Singapore, more children attend pre-school to build a foundation for primary schooling. Unfortunately, there are some among us who are unable to send their children to pre-school due to financial difficulties. Without a helping hand, these children might fall behind and face difficulties later in primary school.
STEPPING UP TO THE SAME STARTING LINE
The Bright Horizons Fund believes that no child should be deprived of a quality pre-school education. It offers financial and learning assistance to children whose families require help. The Fund is focused on the following areas:

FEE SUBSIDIES
Co-payment of 25% of nett fees, or $50 is applicable (whichever in higher).
Assistance is for a period of 6 months, subject to review.
The Fund also helps with other school-related expenses such as book purchases.
Up to 75% of nett fees, capped at:
Citizens / PRs Foreigners
Union members $100 per month $90 per month
Non-union members $90 per month $80 per month
LEARNING SUPPORT PROGRAMMES
In My First Skool centres, specially developed programmes are implemented, in addition to the regular curriculum, to help these children build stronger learning foundations in preparation for primary school.
